Some pictures of my visit to the famous Nachi Falls (那智滝 or Nachi no Taki) in Nachikatsuura, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. Situated in the Kii Mountain range, surrounded with 100 year old Japanese cedars, a sacred power spot for Shugendō (修験道) ascetic monks. Nachi Falls (那智滝 or Nachi no Taki) is one of the best-known waterfalls in Japan. With a drop of 133 meters, 13 meters wide and 10 meters deep, it is the country's tallest water fall with single uninterrupted drop.
